The “Thick Skull“ zine, which is my most recent Paramore-related project, was fully unplanned for: all I wanted to make was a physical zine but the story poured out and the next thing I knew, I had a semi finished prototype. The lyrics took the form of my own original character as they navigated the album’s final echo in what can only be described as a tragedy within a tragedy. The victim becomes the perpetrator and everything, including their disguise, falls apart.“
